We do not share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties unless it is necessary to process your travel services. For example, if you request insurance, we share your information with our insurance company, Allianz. However, this Third Party is prohibited from contacting you directly.

Third Parties, Service Providers and Agents

We use an outside Call Center to handle calls from customers during non business hours. This action is necessary because we want you to have access to a travel consultant at all times should you experience flights cancellations or if you simply want to make changes to your travel plans during non working hours. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
